SpearTip is a trusted advisor and consultant on security and crisis management issues to a number of firms helping them identify, plan, attack and defend. This is accomplished by establishing a Framework of Guidance, or a proven methodology that incorporates all facets of security with the overall plan/goals of the business.

This Framework of Guidance is used to incorporate security objectives at the organizational level spanning all the areas of security and systematically identifying and addressing them. These include such areas as Brand Alignment, Team Building, Network Architecture, Data, Applications, Processes, etc.

SpearTip works cooperatively with senior management to define threat profiles and then set an appropriate course of action that resolves the threats utilizing a unified, priority-driven approach. The areas where clients require guidance and management are determined, and SpearTip then engages industry security, consulting and management experts to augment our services.
