Incident Response / Digital Forensics (IRDF)

SpearTip provides advisory services to help companies prepare for possible lawsuits caused by a security breach. We can act as a crisis manager when immediate remediation is necessary.  SpearTip helps our clients plan for and implement best practices by training internal staff to respond quickly to legal actions and security breaches involving the company.

Assistance takes the form of forensic collection, eDiscovery, case management, data culling, reporting, expert witness testimony, and other action designed to mitigate legal liability. We work with our client’s legal team to establish protocol and to determine the appropriate legal response to a lawsuit.
