• To assure knowledge transfer occured while the work was being performed, all analysis was done hand-in-hand with the client
• During the engagement, SpearTip trained the client on the processes and technology employed in an effort to impart some of our expertise
• At the conclusion of the assessment the client recieved actionable information relative to their organization’s weaknesses and also included detailed remediation strategies
