Mr. McElhatton boasts many past successes in the IT world including the overseeing of 2,700 IT employees and a $100 million payroll while CTO of MasterCard. Mr. McElhatton has recently completed a five-year, $200 million rewrite of the company’s processing systems and opening of a $135 million operations center in O’Fallon, Mo.
